PlayStation's handheld will finally support dedicated game streaming—and with another portable playing device supposedly inbound, can Sony make cloud gaming take off? If it can't, who else can?

Handhelds are clearly going to continue coming back in a big way, as now even Sony is reportedly developing a proper, non-cloud based portable console.

It’s not too late for the major console makers to make a handheld, but reports note a PlayStation handheld may still be years away.
