Toronto Police say an arrest has been made in a Taylor Swift concert ticket scam worth $70,000. Police say the accused used the alias of Denise Blackhawk on Facebook Marketplace and sold tickets for the Toronto concerts. The suspect offered various dates and seat locations for the concerts.
