A judge dismissed a defamation lawsuit that Trump supporter Ray Epps brought against Fox News, bringing the year-long legal battle to an end.

Fox News has won its second defamation ruling in as many days after a federal judge in Delaware on Wednesday dismissed a former Trump supporter’s claim that ex-host Tucker Carlson acted with “actual malice” when he said he was a government provocateur during the Jan.

A Delaware court judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit against Fox News filed by a Jan. 6 rioter who said the network falsely identified him as an FBI informant. U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer L. Hall granted Fox News' motion to dismiss the suit filed last year by Ray Epps.

Raymond Epps, a former Marine, was falsely accused by Fox of being a government agent causing trouble near the Capitol that day so that it would be blamed on Trump fans.
