Former Marvel star Jonathan Majors and his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari agreed Thursday to dismiss her civil lawsuit with prejudice, court documents say.

Lawyers for actor Jonathan Majors and Grace Jabbari agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice, according to a joint filing in Manhattan federal court.

Jonathan Majors has settled a defamation lawsuit with his former girlfriend, Grace Jabbari after announcing he's engaged to Meagan Good.

Jonathan Majors‘ ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, has decided to dismiss the lawsuit she filed against the actor earlier this year, as per a report. The legal battle drew significant public attention and involved serious allegations from Jabbari.

The deal comes after the actor landing his first post-conviction film role and announcing news of his engagement.

Jonathan Majors is now free of his legal battle with his ex, Grace Jabbari, who had a filed civil lawsuit against him in March.

Earlier this month, Majors was convicted of misdemeanor assault and harassment following an altercation with his girlfriend at the time.

In a civil lawsuit this spring, the actor's former girlfriend alleged a "pattern of pervasive domestic abuse" in addition to defamation. Her legal team said the suit has been settled.
