Kendrick Lamar ties Drake as one of few artists to claim the entire top five on the Billboard Hot 100, days after Drake took their months-long rap beef to court.

On Sunday (Dec. 1), it was revealed that Kendrick Lamar’s surprise drop, GNX, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, making it his fifth consecutive chart-topping album. According to Billboard, the Compton emcee’s latest effort is now the sixth-largest opening week of 2024.

The rapper’s surprise LP tops Billboard’s album and singles charts, where “Squabble Up” blocked Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” from a historic 20th week of dominance.
