The airline is citing delays at its Newark hub saying more than 348,000 passengers have been disrupted by delays since the start of November due to the air traffic controller shortage.

United Airlines said on Tuesday that an acute shortage of air traffic controllers was causing "significant disruption" for travelers at its busy Newark, New Jersey, hub outside of New York City.

Manchester United have been branded “offensive” for hiking ticket prices while the season is underway and using financial regulations as an excuse. The Manchester United Supporters Trust (MUST) also criticised the club for failing to consult fans on a move that eliminates concessions for children and over-65s.

Manchester United decided to raise match tickets for Members to £66 per game for the remainder of the season, without consulting any of the recognised fan groups.
