Army stresses no civilian movement allowed south of Litani River as some return to villages where troops still deployed; soldiers detain 4 Hezbollah members who approached them

The IDF has warned evacuated citizens of southern Lebanese towns and villages not to return to their homes until told to do so. Around 1.2 million people in Lebanon -- roughly a quarter of its population -- have been displaced by Israeli attacks and evacuation orders.

Dozens of people have been killed by Israeli strikes in Lebanon this weekend, including 29 who died after an attack flattened a multi-story residential building in central Beirut, according to Lebanese officials.
