My Chemical Romance spoke out after former drummer Bob Bryar died at 44 years old. “The band asks for your patience and understanding as they process the news of Bob’s passing,” a spokesperson for the band said in a statement to Variety on Sunday. The Post has reached out to a rep for the rock group.

The former musician had initially replaced Matt Pelissier although was not expected to join MCR on the 2025 tour.
