If you load up your PS5 today, you'll be prompted to restart for a features update, and when your console reloads, you're in for a treat. As well as loading up to the classic PS1 startup screen, you can head into your options to tweak the appearance and sound of your PS5 menus.

Once you restart your PS5, you’ll be greeted with the iconic PlayStation 1 boot screen in glorious 4K. You’ll then be taken through a little tutorial that tells you that you can change themes based on all four classic PlayStation consoles and a special 30th anniversary theme.
