Current ACA boss and former NRL CEO to take over CA CEO role when Nick Hockley departs at the end of the summer

Former NRL boss Todd Greenberg will replace Nick Hockley as Cricket Australia’s next chief executive. The announcement was made on Tuesday afternoon, with Greenberg expected to assume his role in March following a successful stint as chief executive of the Australian Cricketers’ Association.

Greenberg has previously worked with Cricket New South Wales. A top-order batter, he played 10 seasons for Randwick CC in Sydney

Todd Greenberg will succeed Nick Hockley as Cricket Australia's next chief executive officer, the organisation announced today. Greenberg, the current CEO of the players' union the Australian Cricketers' Association, will take up the post in March.

Greenberg will bring a wealth of experience to the position from his roles across the sporting industry including as CEO of the National Rugby League and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, General Manager of Stadium Australia and most recently as CEO of the Australian Cricketers’ Association.
