City proud to receive Sycamore Gap sapling
A charity that cares for a city's parks said it was proud it would receive a sapling of the felled Sycamore Gap tree. The Parks Trust in Milton Keynes has been one of 49 recipients of a " tree of hope ". The saplings come from the landmark tree that had stood near Hadrian's Wall before it was unexpectedly cut down last year.
